This website just doesn’t get the attention it deserves…my fault completely. I update Instagram and Twitter twice a day, so why can’t I update this site …say once a week. This is my written declaration to try harder.

I often post pictures of how are beautiful and tasty our food is, locations we're serving at, guests we're taking care of.. I need to turn the camera inwards more often, I need to be conscious about focusing, more on what makes us who we are and what we do, and that's the rest of my team my family, sometimes those lines get blurred. Sometimes you say things like I love you other times we say things like hey I flipped your chicken or I took your tortillas off the burner it's all the same big love out to my family, my coworkers, my support, my fellow soldiers in the foxhole. #foodtruckmafia #familybusiness #familyrun

We were playing around on the truck the other day....l don't know how we arrived at this but here it is, the @grippos BBQ bowl. It may never make a menu, but damn it tastes good. Here we go...layered fried potatoes, Gripos hot bbq chips, smoked and braised pulled pork, black bean sweet relish, eastern Carolina style vinegar/tomato sauce, more Gripos(awesome texture), cilantro lime crema, cotijo cheese..whew...a lot going on, but it's got a lot going for it #idforkthat #frankenstiensundae #damnitfeelsgoodtobeagangster #foodtruckmafia
