It's always a good time to have a Pork Sundae ™...why not on a Saturday...we are @platformbeercbus until 10pm and the truck is in Lancaster @doubleedgebeer from 5-9pm..come grab some great local beer and really good original food from Por'ketta at either location #ohioproud #ohiobeer #foodtruckmafia #asseenincolumbus #asseeninlancaster

Our special this weekend is, one of our favorite sandwiches, the Bánh mi...our take uses smoked and slow braised pulled pork, spicy sambal mayo and fresh cilantro on a @matija_breads panino roll. We'll be doing the kitchen takeover thing @platformbeercbus this evening from 5-9pm and Saturday from 11-10pm...the truck will be in Lancaster @doubleedgebeer on Saturday from 5-9pm

This evening's pop quiz is as follows pickled vegetables, luscious pork, sambal mayo, and fresh cilantro on crusty french bread or taco...this will be the special this weekend @platformbeercbus Friday and Saturday and on the truck @doubleedgebeer Saturday evening...come find us #ohioproud #ohiobeer #ohiopork #foodtruckmafia

Because we treat our meat with respect...insert giggles..but no really our pork is slow smoked, then braised low and slow until it falls off the bone...pulled never chopped...it makes all the difference in the world #ohioproud #ohiopork #foodtruckmafia
